Next Generation Leaders are young employees with high career potential. They will be given the chance to exchange ideas and discuss the challenges of the future with leaders in the tourism industry. Requirements are:

age 30-45
leadership potential

Think Tank 2021

The Think Tank 2021 discussed the future for the travel & tourism industry. As there currently is no common vision or shared purpose, the main goal is to develop a long-term vision: a common framework for the industry and to speak with one voice – “Tourism as a force for good”.
